What Is An Ebook?
An ebook is simply an electronic document which can be read on any computer.  All our Ebooks are saved in PDF format and can be read by Adobe Acrobat Reader.  This is a free program that's probably already installed on your computer.  If not, you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader Here . 

Do I Need Any Other Software?
You will also need Winzip to extract the PDF Ebook.   To save space, all our Ebooks are compressed in .zip format and all ready to be downloaded.  Winzip will simply decompress the Ebook back to it's original format and size.  Again, you probably already have a zip file extractor already on your computer.  If not, you can download Winzip Here.  

How Do I Download My Ebook?
Firstly you need to click on a "Buy" button that relates to the Ebook you wish to purchase.   You will then be taken to PayPal's Secure Ordering System that will enable you to confirm and place your order.  Once your PayPal payment is confirmed an automatic email from us will be sent to your registered PayPal email address.  This email will contain a link as to where you can instantly download your PDF Ebook .

What Is PayPal?
To buy an Ebook from us you first must have registered for a PayPal Account.  This is totally free and will enable you to buy directly from many online sellers.    By registering will PayPal you will be able to make and receive payments to and from anybody with an email address.  The process is totally secure and an extremely easy and efficient way of trading.  If you haven't already got one, you can get your free Pay Pal Account Here.

When Will I Receive Download Instructions For My Ebook?
Once you have confirmed your purchase through PayPal an automatic email will be sent to your registered PayPal email address containing download instructions about your Ebook.  This process is normally very fast and you should have you Ebook within minutes if not seconds of payment, even if it's 2am.  However, if for some reason you haven't received your Ebook in a timely manner please check your Junk / Spam Folder first.  If download instructions are not there, then please Contact Us and we will promptly resolve and problems.  

What If I Delete My Ebook Or Download Instructions?
